That or the s700, unless the p1000 if they call it that, is smaller than the 900, though its not too bad really considering what it can do.

Looks good, nice spec too, lacks megapix camera and no memorystick support, which is a shame. S700, looks better choice, if you don't mind the motorola v80 revolving keypad idea.

I have a lot of respect for Siemens as a phone manufacturer, they may not be at the bleeding edge when it comes to technology but all their phones are very solid, reliable and price wise are a bargin compared to similarly specced Nokia's.
I've still got my ancient C25 which took 2.5 years of solid abuse (dropping down stairs, the toilet etc.) before I swapped it out for a T68m many years ago now. Still use it as a backup phone now and again.... ahh the good old days when SMS was considered new....... |

However, who wants a 65k color screen when u have a dull menu as in the s65. Anyone who saw it @cebit will vouch for that.

@gforce23
Perhaps for watching pictures and desktop wallpapers in vivid color?
I mean, how cool is Windows start menu?

What I meant was that the icons are duller compared to the better looking icons in any new se phone like k700, z1010 etc.

Isn't the menu structure almost identical to the T610/K700 menu?

well i hope that if someone buys a phone like that, that he's not going to be in the menus all day, who cares what the menus look like, as long as they are functional.... |

Anything's got to be an improvement on the S55 menu, thats the only thing I didn't like about mine, sadly the same menu is retained on my sl55, oh well!
