reposted from another thread on behalf of dimitrivd (hope thats ok with you dimitrivd as they are great pics, especially the K700)
------
Esato is an SE forum, but i want to see the competition phones to.

Nokia 7610 (1 megapixelcamera) (on the camera itself it says 3.7 megapixels)

it has bleutooth, 8Mb inside, MMC slot, symbian 7.0, ...
http://www.mobilmania.cz/Mobilnitelefony/AR.asp?ARI=106829

Siemens S65 (3.1 Megapixel camera)

Siemens M65

SonyEricsson K700

Whit all that Megapixel phones comming, the camera look of the VGA K700 is maybe a bit silly.

My top 4 of these phones:

1. Siemens S65 (sorry, looks bether, bether specs)
2. SonyEricsson K700
3. Nokia 7610 (symbian, megapixel cam)
4. Siemens M65

@ dimitrivd

If you look closely, it says Mega Pixel 3.7mm (millimeters) 1:2.8. They are optics specifications, not mega pixels.

my top 4 list:

Siemens M65 (the best rugged phone out there and I already liked the M55)
Sony Ericsson K700 (for what I like in a phone, the best SE to date)
Nokia 7610 (too expensive for me)
Siemens S65 (I just like the M65 better)

Ok guys... need to get your stats straight. Th Siemens S65 camera is only 1.3 Mpixel... non of the 3+ MPixel BS that I've seen mentioned twice now. Here is a link to Siemen's webpage on the phone:

Sorry, clamp-shells are really not my cup of tea. Even if they are, the issue about antennas are really a sight for sore eyes... IMO, Samsung should do away with their antennas...

The candy bar phone is terrible looking...

On the bright side, if only SE release half as many phones as Samsung... must give it to Samsung for their commitment to churn out many new phones...

yes mobile review has very good articles this year on cebit
look at the normal russian page http://www.mobile-review.com/
they have articles from almost all firms (nokia, se, lg, motorola, samsung..) but we will have to wait so that they translate it because babelfish just sucks especially at large texts...

You guys left out the new ASUS A8100 PDA Phone.

Design features similar to the P800/P900
Windos Pocket PC OS similar to XDA II (not the crappy Windows Smartphone OS) ***some may not like this***
Bluetooth, Megapixel Camera (and Flash?)
SD/MMC support (instead of Memory Stick)

And it's out in Asia this summer!
