Does anybody know about insurance (Orange) I dropped my P900 whilst getting into my car this morning, I phoned Orange and thank god I am covered, my replacement's coming tomorrow however is it going to be secondhand, refurb or used.... I may buy a new one as I don't want an old phone or second user, surely insurance should get you a new one if you need to claim, anybody else got any experiences? | |

Well, Orange normally say they'll give you a refurbished phone, but because the P900 is still a relatively new phone, chances are, they may not have any refurbished phones sitting around, so they'll send you a new one.
Dont forget to take the mem stick, stylus, battery and flip of when you return your one, you may not get a replacement one. |

My phone has just arrived and guess what? it's almost as bad as what I just sent back, looks like it's been used as a bowling ball, I've phoned Orange and guess what they dont give a s*it, I spend at least £3000.00 PA with these sod's well they can stick it, what a way to treat customers, by the way everything is supplied apart from the battery, any ideas for me |

I'd be furious!!
I pay £5/month with o2 insurance, and I'd want a new P900 not a 2nd hand beaten up one if I had to claim. |
