a big chapter has closed. as i think back to the time, that there was only a T68m, the time that esato was peaceful, ah yes those were the days. but as we grew we met new people, and alot of them became good friends. i think we'll all have small band as belgian member group of esato. i hope that the future will strengthen the band, that we won't lose anybody, and that there will be lots of nice phones to dicuss.
to all of us i wish a good new refresing start!

I only did this one because it was requested by the thread originator but I had doubts then that I should do it and still have doubts now.
My reasons are that these kinds of threads should not really be owned by the one person that happened to create it, should be owned by the community that use it.
so next time I'll probably get people to PM me if they have an objection to a new thread being created before acting on such a request.

i'm back from cebit...
going to make a small summary...
Nokia: alot of crap! slow 7610, ugly plastic 7200, terrible to use 7600, nice bit BIG 9500...
Siemens: CX65 very nice phone for it's price, CF62 nice design but everytime i look at it i see a Z200, S65 AMAZING!!! good cam, great poly's, MMC card, speed BUT the screen is nice but a bit pixelated, and for the 1st firmware NO mp3!!...
And the pen phone... INCREDIBLE!!! works perfect even with my handwriting...
Samsung... crappy phones with amazing screens and design...
and then THE sony-ericssons...
K-700 is very nice but i'm missing something, i cannot describe it but it was kinda plastic...
and the normal phones like P900 T630 etc etc are nice to...
BUT
the S-700!! AMAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAZING screen!!!!!!!!!!
i was like MAJOR WTF!!!!! i've never seen somthing great as that on a mobile!! not even with Samsung!!!! they took a picture of us and printed it... nice quality!! can easily be used for vacation pictures!!
and it's smaller that i thought!!
hello moto was nothing special... only excisting phones + V80 (to big)
the SENDO X is just a piece of plastic running on symbian... !!!TERRIBLE!!! build quality
LG had a nice range of models but all slow as a snail in my backyard on a sunny sundaymorning after it ate 1 acre of vegtables...
i think i missed something but if you want more details... ask me, i have tons of brochures...

Give us alot of details about the S700, like the feeling of it, the keys, camera and video, built in speaker ?, reception, pics from the phone. Any chance someone know when se will launch the new phones ? (belgium tends to be late )
And what about the T650 ? |
