Just been told again that pop3 isnt available for o2 payasugo customers is it trve? Is that why my pop3 isnt workin

It is, 193.113.160.013 is the incoming and outgoing server, works on phones and pc's

What? Thought incomin and outgoin server addresses were mail.O2.Co.Uk and smtp.O2.Co.Uk thats what ive bin told on here

193.113.160.013 IS mail.o2.co.uk and smtp.o2.co.uk but by putting in an IP address it doesn't have to resolve the name (where your problem may be) and should be tiny bit faster.

Only draw back is that if they change their IP address it won't work.

Try it and see if it works, then you know you have a DNS problem if it does

Are you using gprs or GSM to access the Internet?

PAYG accounts on O2 don't get free 0845 calls so you'll be paying for access by the minute. If you have a paid monthly account then your 0845 calls are included in the monthly free allowance.

What settings do you currently use for accessing the Net?

Huh? I'm using o2 payandgo, i connect on my phones pop3 client using that number as the text in and out don't work. It all works fine for me using that number, it also works when i use my phone as a modem using outlook express. I've also set up other phones the same way.

My POP3 E-mail works great on my O2 PAYG & I didn't have to mess about guessin at settings!
Maybe ur problem is something to do with the 'N' word that's all over ur phone

N word thats all over my phone? Maybe i shud post what pop3 and internet settings i have and people mite spot whats wrng instead of continualy askin
