Nope. It is a fake dog. Looks really real. When I first saw it I thought it is a real dog. But when I looked really close. Just a pupped sewed to a pillow.

Not really. It just wanted to play with it and killed it by accident. The mouse probably died on having a heart attack. You talking about a cat, that plays with toy mice and puts them in it's food dish, because it must be hungry after it plays so hard with the cat.
