does anyone know if its possible to unlock a moto v525 that is on voda uk? or even one thats on orange but i know a voda one is cheaper. i hope so cos i'm going to buy one tomoro but only if i can put my o2 payg genie sim in it.

im sure ive seen unlocked enns on ebay i pressume u can get it unlocked at mobilefun ?

i got mine unlocked last week by vodafone.
i phoned them and asked about unlocking , they told me to top up my voda sim with £20 then took some details , i got the code within 24 hours

Thats good seems voda dont care if u unlock there phones but why lock them to begin with thats a mystery ;-)

Yep they do that now.. a couple of yrs ago they didn't care
