Hi, i have a problem. DOwnloaded few games from ranova, worked everything peachy, then tried to download Spruce chess and the phone froze after exiting the game. Theres a big problem. The mobile hangs on the screen with the clown-box. It keeps flashing from a closed box, to an open one ... and keeps going.
So i cant even see or delete the game that could be causing the problem. I cant even see the game list.
couldn't get to java world menu no more in order to delete the shazzbuty game.
Went to service, since e700 is under warranty, they tried to reset the phone and upload a new firmware.
THey couldn't do it !!!! They said, that the phone rejected the new software and gave me phone back
now, the problem with java still exists, only now, it is no more changing box and clown, but only says java game error and the phone returns to desktop. Also, when i look into memory status of java world, it says that 600 kb is free, but when trying to dl something from wap, it says that memory is full. And also, if the game downloads, when trying to run the game it only says java game error and that is it. So, i can't go to java world menu to delete the shazzbuty games.
They obviously "broke" my phone even more after trying unsuccesfuly to update the software. Now, i don't know what to do, WHen i tried to upload spruce chess, newer version which i installed on phone, it said invalid jad.

Now, did anyone have or solve that problem, what can i do? I hate having great phone, and cannot access java world menu. Snowball fight rules
ok, but seriously, can anyone help me ?
i tried full eeprom reset and it didn't help. Does someone knows, how to reset phone to it's default factory settings, with some code or what?
