Don't know if it works, but it is not that expensive (2£) so why not just buy it and find out?

One obvious comment is that IF it worked don't you think the phone manufacturers would fit them?

Just a thought!

Not much to be harsh about - I really like my T610 but it has crappy RF strength compared even to my old Nokia 6210.

lol, people were giving these away free with other phone related items before. Not sure how a peice of metal can increase signal strength, especially as it isn't even touching the antenna.

I don't know if anyone here reads uk.telecom.mobile, but there's a useful poster on there called Peter Parry (I think that's his name) who specialises in selling mobile phone aerials, and seems to know this area well. To prove beyond belief they were no good, his company did test them and found no difference at all. Some sceptics may point out that if they did work it would hurt his business, but I would be more inclined to believe him than some spam in my inbox. As someone has already mentioned, if it was possible to increase the phone's reception with a t 30p sticker (I think that's what they cost at trade), the phone companies would already be doing it, these are designed to appeal to people desperate to try something to improve their signal and prepared to pay a small amount for a gamble which may work.
