"Nokia published preliminary results of 2004. Nokia Networks sales in the fourth quarter of 2003 were significantly higher than estimated and reached approximately EUR 1.7 billion (versus the previous guidance of EUR 1.4 billion). Nokia Mobile Phones sales in the fourth quarter of 2003 increased to approximately EUR 7 billion, up 4% year on year (versus the previous guidance of flat to slightly up). "I'm pleased to report that Nokia achieved excellent fourth quarter results", said Jorma Ollila, Chairman and CEO of Nokia. "The strong seasonal development in both Nokia Mobile Phones exceeded even our own expectations."
Somehow, I don't belive it.

3650 sold well at a low price
3310/3410 sold good to people who have no brains
6100 best seller for people who love nokia and didn't bother to look at othere phones
nokia sold about 55 400 000 phones
With Ericsson and Nokia gone: we must keep their spirits alive and buy JOLLA or YOTA |

The 3650 was their main hit of the year I believe and even the 9210i still sold enough to remain in profuction. The basic Series 40 phones (7210, 6610, 6100) were also successful. It seems they are now focusing their advertising on the 3200, 62XX and 6600.
From Nokias to an SE to whatever. |
