Hey,
I've myself a theme with Solar Eclipse Theme Creator Pro 3.1.260 and have had a few problems, every time i download the theme to my phone i get 'Item cannot be opened'
Now i have used search and i found this thread. Although this is not the problem, i have no colour clashes in the theme, does anyone know what else maybe wrong?
Cheers in advance
EDIT: This is with a Z600 BTW

Got it, and just sent it to my phone (z600) with and it works just fine here!
Sooooo... It's not the theme. How exactly are you downloading it? From a wap-site? Or via cable?
Does it accept the download and then refuse to open, or does it refuse to download at all?

In fact..... I cannot download them via web either!
That is to say, I can download the file, but when I try to oepn them in TCP nothing comes up! I just get this infamous windows alert tone (argh!) and a completely blank screen!

And when I forcibly open it it causes a runtime error in TCP and shuts me donw completely
Erm..... my best guess (although I am no expert here)is that something corrupts your files when you upload them. No idea what that might be, but try to find out what is different from when you uploaded the aquagaphite, cause that one is clearly not damaged.
Good luck and sorry i cannot be of more help.
Oh yeah you can always upload themes to www.mobile9.com. They will be available for wap downlaod shortly after.

Try uploading the theme using DOS.
I once had a problem where any pictures uploaded through windows (be it using and FTP program or onto a page directly) became corrupt.
It turned out to be Windows as when I used DOS it was fine.
I re-formatted and hey presto.
If you need a hand uploading via DOS then lemme know I'll try and whip up some instructions. |

Ahhh i think i know why, i uploaded the aquagaphite in Binary mode but i'm now uploading in ASCII mode. I'll give it a go in about 15 mins see if ther is a difference.
I'll LYK
EDIT: Turns out that was the problem, cheers all!
