It was SE Theme creator V1.41.
However it was a leaked copy and doesn't work very well, in later versions of SE Theme Creator the P900 has been removed.
In my signiature is a rough tutorial on how to create themes (without using Theme Creator) and some tools to make it easier.
I will be updating it tonight sometime as I have been playing around and have discovered a few things about the process.
Hope it come in useful.

Jus wondering if there is a 4rd party theme creator even which is available???
