anyone know if the plugin flash from SE can be used on the P900?

So far, lists the MPF-10 Phone Flash as compatible with the T610 only.

So it is true. The MPF-10 will work with phones that has a built-in camera. has to update it's website.

I also need to know if its possible to use the camera flash attachment on my P900. I'm out this weekend and in hope of snapping some good pics of a female coleague! Cheers.

The MPF-10 flash is not recognised on the P900 like it is on the T/Z series so it will not cause a picture to be taken when you press the button on the flash like it does on those other phones.

However, you can still connect the flash and it will get power from the P900 so all you need to do it press the button on the flash which will turn the light on continuously and then you can take the picture on the P900 as normal

i live in makati philippines and just bought a t630, where can i get the mpf-10 flash for my phone?? it's always unavailable in semicon!! how much is it?? thanks!

I have a z600 and it does work . . . i mean not as well as with the t610 because of the z600 height when its open , but it does take the picture from the flash using the button on the flash . . . cheers !!

in theory, yes. though I haven't tried it.

On the P900 you simply switch the light on to continuous mode so its like a torch.




as you can see its quite bright!
