I am not too sure I'd fancy this one actually, but if you can get your hands on a rare phone like this then go for it!
Buy it and take it to a  dealer to try different batteries, you might be lucky and find one that fits.
If not, I'll buy it of you. (Yes I changed my mind!)
Edit: Looking throug the specs, the T600 battery might actually fit.

Also I would consider whether the charger port is the same as other  although it should match either or at least old Ericsson or Sony ones.
Also as it must be just a prototype it will be difficult to get parts/repairs if ever needed. |

all battery's for this phone where send back and reused in othere phones. try the battery of the old Z7
