I didn't lose anything m8 , just had to re-copy contacts back from sim and re-setup the phone to my own personal use.

The server is probably been over-loaded with Esato members now.

@rastaman

Hope your kidding m8 ? its for the P900.

@ all let me know when you have done the update , glad i done mine before putting the link on here

Tried it like a hundred times already now... It just keeps saying that my phone is not switched off or that that battery is not fully charged... But euhm... It is off and battery is 100%

@ Jazzy
Someone has posted this on mysymbian, advised that it has been just posted on esato, so looks like the server will have gone critical.

Any noticeable improvements? Maybe duo pro support.

I posed the question about firmware vs DUO Pro support on the DUO Pro/P900 compatibility thread.. Now that my question has been answered maybe the Pro support has been implemented.. Better yet, does anyone have a Pro handy to test???

concerning the bluetooth problem (bug), my P900 would not work when I tryed the first time. I have a T68i and a T610 and I tryed to discover my P900 from both and it just wouldn't appear to be visible. I changed the settings several times and it didn't work. It worked the other way arround so I could send files FROM my P900 to others.

I was convinced that I had "the bug" and was waiting for a FW update... and I tested again a couple of days ago... IT WORKS!!! And it has been working ok...

How long did it take? Think its possible via Dial up?

I already have the f/w in question

Had phone flashed via CPW no duo support. Tried my 256pro Duo. [addsig]

you can do it through dial up as well... according to the FAQ it takes ~35min on a 0.5Mbit/s connection

the update site can be accessed on http://www.sonyericsson.com/updateservice/P900/frameset.htm as well.

Hi there,
It states that " If you have the latest version (R1A05) there is no need to perform an update, unless you are experiencing a problem with your phone." My P900 has the latest FW. Do I still need to update or not? any suggestion is greatly appreciated.

thanks, keith
