Sorry mate, but to me thats not so simple. Theres got to be a better way. I mean if now SE planned to put the function of Themes in the P900, which they have done in other phones. It must be a more simple way of makeing the mbm files.

It doesn't have to be simple, it just has to work!

Well, that's how I think about these kinda things anyway, and ended up spending half a day putting together my first theme mostly due to an incorrect understanding of bmconv

Anyhow, look through the other threads. I'm pretty sure someone posted a nice theme editor not too long ago.

I do have the editor. This editor does not let you do mbm files and I think this does a great deal to the theme.

So this bmconvert.exe program can i get this and its documentation without having to download the gargantuan SDK? I need an mbm editor, doesnt matter if its complicated. Ive got a lot of spare time at the moment, and would be happy to become a full time theme spitter. [addsig]

Hi HaNieL, How can a designer convert bitmap(s) to a MBM file format? Is there a standalone converter for such purpose, other than getting the one from the large SDK download? If you do not mind, please share the converter to me through PM. TIA.
