Prior to the phone being connected it does say "P800 not connected" I I put the phone in the cradle and then it connects fine. I can backup and installed the games from the CD, but in explorer when I click on my P800 I get the screen with the phone icon, double click on that and get an empty screen. I'm reall not sure what is up with it. |

You might need to update or reinstall your sync software or even the cradle. Just some thoughts..

Is the phone brand new? When the phone is formatted, the folders which hold media files are not created until you make something to go in them. Therefore you may need to take a photo, or record a voice memo or something, to create the folders. Obviously if you've had the phone ages then this won't help! But it's always worth a shot... |
