i want to know why you choosed SE in front of a Nokia phone ..
Iīm a proud owner off an SE T610 my friend has a Nokia 7250i i tested it for like 5 minuteīs and then i needed to whas my hand could not belive how bad it was example the menu how poor and bad !! 
the i decided to take a photo i could not belive it the camera hacked on the screen like a webcam whit 1 fps !! i can go on for page and page but i want to know why you donīt like nokia please tell me

I dont like them because they do very bad mobiles and everyone buying them anyway. For exemple I have heard here in Sweden when a mom or dad are going to the mobileshop and buy a mobile for they teenagers the seller show them a SE and they say: "No she wants a Nokia" Tis dont even now how much better SE is.

i like advanced stuff, the best of the best, but stil simpel enough for the normal man to get it.
so SE has got it all. although i'm not that happy about the new menu system on the T610 cause it looks to much like a nokia. but as long as there symbian OS is superb, i'm happy

I was a big fan of Ericsson because at that time I was the only one with a "unique" phone, I mean I could search everywhere without finding another person with the same mobile, nokia .... everyone have the same phone so ..... and besides they are ugly, have ALL the same design and are from poor built quality but they have an excellent speed in the menus.
I have turned my best (girl) friend from a Nokia lover to a nokia hater, how ??? Very simple I recommended the T68i one year ago and now she loves it and like us she can't see a Nokia anymore, hehehehehehe cool story isn't it |

SE are innovative and have grown up using Ericssons so not much change in menus. Although i didn't quite like the one on the T610. But the thing that keeps of with them is there awesome WAP browser!

the thing thats keeping me to SE is that they've got good phones, and that there is no other brands who's got any better ones. i hope SE will use more jogdial in the future and a personal option key like on the T600

Why I don't like Nokia?
Well, to be honosed, my first phone was 5110...
Just had it a few months. Then I bought 6150...It brooked after a time. Then I did get a 3310, and later upgraded to 3330. The phone went dead just after a few months.
My brother did have a 8210. And as about 80% of all Nokia of this model, the screen failured after a year.
I just think that Nokia now = trouble. And it is not as unique as SE.
My next phone was the superb T68 which I upgraded to T68i. Never had a problem with this phone - just great. Then I bought the P800. Nice phone, but I sold it because I didn't need all the functions of it anymore.
No I'm waiting for the Z600. I have preordered it. Then price: About 300 .
So now you know why I will go for SE - Quality! As simples as that!

I hate Nokia to it is a shit company.
Nokia phone are so frailgle than SE phone's,and specialy theire menu its so bad and old borring menu from Nokia.
And don't forget their quality and limit technolchy,no Nokia for me to.
And be carefull guys,Nokia's phone's are exploiding dancer. |

To inject a bit of balance here I would like to say that I have used the Nokia 5510, 8210, 6610, 6310i and SE R380, T38 and now the P800. The most solid and easy to use phone (as opposed to a PDA-phone) is the T39 closely followed by the 6310i. The 6319i is really solid and the battery lasts and lasts. Also, people who think phone are just phones (e.g. wife and mother-in-law) prefer the simpler functionality of the Nokias.

I think that you get a better deal from se compared to nokia for example my t300 cost 170 pounds november last year and the nokia 7210 cost 350 pounds and the se is better in all respects except the amount of colours displayed and every body whent and bought the nokia so my t300 is more exclusive! Though it is almost a shame every one seams to have a t610.

My first Nokia phone was the best phone I ever had, a 5190. I think it was the best phone because well it was my first phone so just have a really good memory of that model. After that everything went downhill. Switch several nokias and all of them had little problems that annoyed me. Changed to SE and I was like WHOA!! didn't know a phone could do so much. Very happy with my T610 right now, except...... for the three little scratches on my screen.
I was born with three legs. In the middle of my third leg, there's a dial pad, 65k color screen,  , and on the tip there's a  icon. |

Funny thing was My first ever phone was a Sony Mars Bar
old analogue model
(ok not SE)
but nice ish design at the time,
since then I've had Nokia (spits & makes note to have shower later)
MOT timeport tri band, was good at the time but compared to new stuff lame reception.
Panasonic (took it back the same day)
samsung
Ericsson T29 (I think) which I brought with an HP palmtop ( which sucked) so returned to store.
nokia (ARGH) 5510
& T68, T68i
without a shadow of a doubt the SE T68 then T68i were the best phones I've ever had.
and now I'm chomping at the bit for the Z600, then when 3g gets properly established ie Voda start it up in the UK I'll move to the Z1010
after my 1st yr of Z600.
SE are by far the better designed phones both in look & in technology.
MOTs menus (tho I do here the newer ones are better) are crap.
Nokia reception & plastic toy look & feel leave so much to be wanted.
Samsung was the next best to SE I feel as the model I had (still have) was the 1st to have voice dialling etc and had a decent menu layout & response.
my missus has the sharp GX thing after she dropped the T39 which she still wishes she had back, coz it was Soooo light & easy to use.
well thats my thoughts on the matter SE Rock!

Yes ther is many ppl that own a t610 but thats good i think fore SE now that they are back at the "top" the can take more riskīs an bulid new phons like Z600 whit the clamshell but if you ask me i dont like that kinde of phones thats why iīm going to buy p900 .. no one happens to know any good plase to preeorder it !?

I donno why u ppl hate nokia that much! Is it because they are more successful than  ?? Or you ppl couldn't have the chance to own it?
I didn't see nokia owners insult as much as you ppl do to nokia!!!

Anyways lets stick to the subject... This is my second (my 1st was GH688).. And am quit satisfied by my t610...
And my reasons for buying it instead of a nokia is because there was lots of adv. On it ,, and my nokia choice wasn't satisfying my needs..
Nokia's problem is that they are so selfish,, they dont put all the futures in one phone, unlike who push all the features in one product... i think its a marketing thing
at the end i think can win the race on its competitors by T610 & P800/P900
