I have been offered a P900 via www.goods-trade.com |

Has anyone had experience in using http://www.goods-trade.com?
An eBay trader selling P900s, probably a scam, suggested this secure method of trading. Is there down-side?
UPDATE: it is a scam! The registration web page is not secure and accepts inconsistent data (e.g. email address entered incorrectly). Have a go at registering with FALSE data and see what happens!

@pachy
I know - but I thought it was worth investigating further.
My view is that the fraudsters have spotted that people are not willing to send money via Western Union or similar and therefore they have set-up a bogus Escrow service. I was asking people if the www.goods-trade.com was a ligitimate Escrow service.

you could consider using an escrow service such as www.escrow.com. I used this when selling my car on eBay and it worked very well. FYI, At that time I used i-escrow, which no longer exists. |

Are you sure that it is a scam? I mean about the Goods-Trade; I did read the sentence over and over again...didn't see anything on EBay though - indication that the guy was probably trying to scam.
I mean, the site lists contact information, a FAQ section, E-Mail Reply infromation. Could it just be a bad site?
And please forgive me for being overly optomistic, but is it possible that dealers do have stock of these P900s waiting for the October release date to liquidate???? I did say overly optomistic so try to go easy on me... |

The eBay traders selling P900 at the moment are using Esato pictures of P900s. I asked a few for pictures of the phones they have for sale and none would send me a picture! Make your own judgement.

@DeMeyer, Hi, yes it is because people tend to be "overly optimistic" about these things, that make it possible for fraudsters to get your money, deep down you KNOW its a fraud, but you SOO want to believe it, you convince yourself its not a scam.
FACT, the phone will become widely available when its released, but its not released YET, don't give your hard earned money to a lowlife crook.
