Review of MPF-10 Flash Accessory |

When I first purchased the accessory I was quite surprised how small it actually was. Its really small and weighs almost nothing! A small carrying pouch\container is included to protect the flash when not being used.
The Flash is really bright it comprimises or 6 small lights. When you attatch the flash to the phone, it is automatically recognised. Pressing the photo button on the side of the flash will start the camera. Press the flash again and the picture will be taken.
I found that the flash is a major improvment. I tried it in a pitch black room and the result picture was 100% clear. However the flash works most effective when its closer to the subject image being taken. i.e. 1-4 meters. I found that pictures where the source image was longer than 5 meters it was not as clear. The best results will arrive when the camera is "not" set to night mode. Setting it to night mode decrease image quality.
The Flash accessory also comes with some extra features which are accessable through the phone under the "Accessories" menu. You can use the flash as a constant light to use as a torch. It has an SOS feature which flashes SOS in morse code (just in case u find your self in the need of help), im not sure how far the light will travel. I will let u know of this! The last feature is a strobscope for a high frequency of light.
Overall I am pleased with the Flash Accessory and I would reccommend it to buy.

It's not his fault... It's geocities preventing direct linking to files. First go to his website, and then paste in the address to the pics... |

I paid £40 from carphone warehouse. I was the first person to buy it from carphone warehouse!!!!!! well thats what the guy said!
The quality is better than the Nokia. Ive compared print outs from the 7250i compared to the T610 using the same print quality. The T610 is much better.
Its not just a flash though, its a novelty item as well. Everyone to there own taste though.

P.S. How do i post images directlty onto the topic page?

Its not listed as benig an accessory for the P800, and the flash does not work automatically like on the T610 but a guy in this thread says it works if used manually
