"Featurewise, it's a minimal upgrade. The real benefit is the smaller size, particularly the thickness. The P900 looks svelte, the P800 is "chunky" to say the least "
Is there that much difference in the thickness of the P800 and the P900 ?
The mobile burn review quotes a similar thickness to the
P800. |

I agree that the p900/810 looks better than p800 but where's those sonyericsson exceptionally good designs they used to have.....I am really a big fan of se and i don't buy other phones that easily because se fones r gd but they are just not trying....they don't design their smart fones....only fones like z600 and z1010 looks gd......If you compare p810 to nokia 7600 ...I will say 7600 wins almost any angle....the look...3g...etc.... except that the pc connection( but still use-able) and it's not se....I don't like to say this but i think p810 is losing.... and keep in mind that i am one of those pple that hate nokia and want them to close. |

Good god, stop smoking chickens!
The 7600 is, without a doubt, the UGLIEST PHONE EVER. It even manages to beat the 3650 in ugliness, and that's hard.
Let's see Nokia's record lately:
7650: Looks like Siemen's old slide phone (M-10?)
6600: Keyboard looks ripped right from the Siemens S55
7600: Keyboard looks ripped right from the Siemens SX1
7250i: Icon-based menu ripped from the T68.
Once again, nokia is TRAILING tha pack. |

@Masseur & Co.
If Stylus is singular, which I believe it is, then plural is Styli. However words such as virus or vulgus are already in plural (or symbolize a group), and therefore should never be pluralized as viri, virii, viruses... |

*cough cough* this thread is about p900 not stylusses or styli
Anyway dictionary.com says
sty·lus ( P ) Pronunciation Key (stls)
n. pl. sty·lus·es or sty·li (-l)
A sharp, pointed instrument used for writing, marking, or engraving.
Computer Science. A pointed instrument used as an input device on a pressure-sensitive screen.
A phonograph needle.
A sharp, pointed tool used for cutting record grooves.
Therefore, both styluses and styli are acceptable

I see that another heated and controversial debate is raging. I am refraining from commenting on the hot topic of the plural for stylus until I've heard the government's response. I would advise everyone else to do the same, such an important issue shouldn't be treated flipantly or lightly. Lets all just brace ourselves for the outcome.

Strange, it did not look like it uses the Memory stick pro?
Am I wrong?
I would say it would be a big mistake by SonyEricsson to release a new smartphone which cannot make use of the memorystick pro duo, if I am not misinformed (looked at the memorystick site) they have a capacity of up to 512mb anyway. That would be great for playing mp3's and videos . Please don't limit the P900 to 128MB!
