@ RU,
we dont know that yet, but one thing we know is that SE is currently working on a new firmware!!! So maybe before they will release the p810 we will get a firmware update, that would really be cool.

Any idea what the upgrade will 'fix' or add?

i do hope that is possible. but there are hardware differences that lead me to doubt. i wish it was like T68m to T68i.. just a firmware flash.

JMH... No worries m8! tastes differ (thank gawd...)
I do like it a lot.
btw I dun think a firmware flash will be quite that simple.... however a nice upgrade on the P800 fw might bring them close, don't you think?

Hey Stop it:
OFFICIAL !!
This phone aint official yet! The phone is official when SE announces it.
I was excited when I opened the thread but soon realized that it was mostly the same old pictures as seen the last three days. SE Hasn't made anything official yet |

it's an official prototype?
i remember when the first proto of the P800 came out..
-it had a different stylus (well, the tip was different),
-it had a different plastic finish (clear fiberglass-like, not painted) and so a different color,
-no MS Duo

With official i ment that SE named it SE P810 !!!
-
Some of the testers like my-symbian.com, celluria.com, symbian.info are still calling it the SE P900, I DONT KNOW WHY, but the box, cd, the manual, the logo all say: SE P810 !!!

Iam i the only one in here that realise that its still HUGE surely whats need in a p800 replacemet phone is a much smaller size ok the length is ok but the width and depth are far to big, i don't think a better screen, better stylus, and better flip isn't what i would call an upgraded it call it a nokia just my point of view

*repeating msyelf*
As mentioned be4.... maybe to all you lucky bastids who own a P800 it is not a big deal. For me... who wants this fone so bad, it IS a big step forward.
Aside from the fact that I prefer the P810 design and colour and keypad over those of the P800, that I would love for it to have built in video recorder and that I am just in love with the fone and think it's much more attractive than the P800........ let me have my joy here will you? Thanks.
