Just thought I'd add my 2 pennies worth here.
I know it's not a controversial thread, but my opinion is that it's fake.
If you look at the video CAREFULLY, you will notice the left hand of whoever is moving the phone is 'reflexing' based on changes on the screen.
Secondly, Mixin has already stressed that his 'friend' has developed this software and is gonna be a bit pee'd off if he finds his invention leaked to the world. So where is his friend? Isn't he a member of this forum? Why isn't he defending his invention?
Here's a conversation to think about...
[Friend]
"Hi mixin, wanna see some project I'm working on. Don't say anything to anyone"
[Mixin]
"Sure, can I 'av a screen capture, er, y'know to drool over myself"
[friend]
"Yeah sure, remember, don't tell anyone though"
***CLICK*** (cue sound of picture been taken)

next day
------------
[Mixin]
"Hi friend, thanks for the picture, can I have a video too"
[Friend]
"Why?"
[Mixin]
"Er, well, drool over that too"
[Friend]
"You must remember though, don't tell anyone"
