No, it was designed only for the T610 from the existing model range but it might work on future models but P800 was never listed as being compatible.

pre-order mean place an order before they are actually available. Usually this means the price is not confirmed and therefore may change when they become available.

Depends on the company but if the price goes up then you should have the option to not buy. Of course if someone else has it in stock first you can always buy from them and cancel you pre-order.
