Hi,
I was wondering if anyone could give me some links to some software that enables me to use my T610 as a remote control for my computer. (over bluetooth)
I was also wondering wheter the IrDA-port on the T610 is strong enough to be used to f.ex control a TV or a Stereo.
Sry if this is 2 m0f0'ing n3wbi3sh 4 u cr4xx0rs

I doubt that the IrDA signal will be strong enough unless you sit VERY close to the telly - the signal is only good for 1 m as a TX/RX but I estimate that on just Tx 2 m might be possible.
I would be interested to find out if anyone can boost the signal. |

If you're working on a Mac Powerbook G4 you could use Sailing's Clicker v. 1.5... I use it almost everyday and it works great... You can even use it for apps such as Microsoft's Powerpoint or Mac's DVD Player!!!
Great App... Try to check it out... You'll love it!!!

G'day mate!
I know it's an old post but it appears as it no-one gave you what you were after!
Try this link:

I've used it for 6 mths on both a T68i and a T610 on a 98se Gateway Notebook with a Belkin Bluetooth USB dongle and on two different Toshiba Tablet PCs with built-in Bluetooth modules.
It certainly blows people away when you show them - especially it you're pointing your phone in the other direction!
