T39 vs. R520 (help me decide) |

I have wanted to get a spare phone for quite some time. I am really tight on my budget. Right now I have a T68i (latest FW). I want to get a spare phone incase of an emergency. What I have been looking at are the T39m/mc and the R520m/mc models since they contain the features I want (WAP, SMS, Bluetooth, IR, etc.). However, I cannot decide which model to select. I know where to buy both phones, brand new, unlocked, in the box... Can you please help me decide which to buy? Forget the t300/t310 and t68i/t610 because they exceed my budget. I'm looking at the T39m/mc and R520m/mc (size does not matter). Which is better?!
Thanks for your input.

I've had 'em both and I preffered the 520.
Reason being the bigger screen. Simple as that...

I kind of agree the T39 looks better but the size of the screen really is a major point to me. I nearly went nuts scrolling through one and one line when WAP'ing.

I have had both, sold my T39 because of the screen size, and now have two R520m's. One is a prototype TU1, but I much preffer the R520m, it seems better put together than the T39m. |

Both the two phones are great. Suggest to get an R520m if the size does not problem for you. I just gave one set of my two R520 phones to a friend.

Well.. I've had the T39 and simply loved the phone. Still one of the best non-colour phones on the market if u ask me. Never did consider the R520 because of it's size and general appearance. |

@* Its a matter of size. so, do you prefer a big or small back-up phone? THAT WILL BE IT |
