Hi!

I've got a Nokia 6510 that I am going to sell tomorrow and I just realised that I've forgotten the walllet code...! What to do? Can I "reboot" the wallet in any way...?

Don't know if that's possible...

But anyway, it only takes 10000 tries at most, right? Or is it more than 4 digits?

That's another problem, I thought it was my 4-digit code that I always use on suff like that... but it wasn't! So now I don't have a clue...

And have you tried all the obvious codes? Like 0000, 1234, the code for your bank-account, year of birth etc...

Could be any length of code - best thing to do is Factory Reset if you're selling it. Problem solved!

I'm sure my 6310i had a reset code option, come to think of it. Is this not present on the 6510?

@henkan- hi friend, my wife got a nokia 6510 and I always reset it for her. Use this code *#3925538# on the standby screen. The code stands for *#DefWALLET#. This code also work on Nokia 6100. Good luck! :-)

1The Furie:
Thanks man, it worked!!! Icredible... how did you find that out...?? Seems like a bad idea from Nokia to take away the "reset wallet" option in the menu though....
