ok, so... you'll get your own unit now? and a 1911, i presume? this may be off-topic about gun performance, but may i remind you that there will be a Comelec GunBan starting January-15 next year. i'm not sure but moving your new unit from store to home during GunBan may involve more papers and permit fees. i'm not sure tho'. so i think it would be better to get a unit now, have it come out to you till early week of next year, and be able to test-fire it before the six-month ban begins. if the release reach the ban days tho'.... you just wait till july to be able to shoot outside residence, no problem.
anyone here at the forum know or have experienced having a unit released during gun ban days? how do we go about it, fellows?

When it comes to workmanship, I think the Armscor is better than either the Shooters or the Norinco. The lowbudget Norincos need a lot of work and lots more money to make it accurate enough or to just make it look good. In the end, you would have spent more to satisfy yourself.

i'm still using the same mobile phone & number. that's funny...your number is in my contacts list, so i'm sure that i would have picked up had i seen that you're calling. i was mostly in QC (working) during the holidays.
anyhow, i received an sms from my friend this morning reminding me of the upcoming imposition of the much dreaded gun ban. i will be joining him (9mm FEG) & his gf (9mm Bersa) at the range (still don't know which one) within the week. we've had two practice sessions already at armscor marikina the past 2 months...i think we'll fire some rounds at a range in QC this time. i'll text you when the day, time and location has been finalized. maybe you can join us... |

Had a really great time shooting this baby with boysaint. All the perks i wanted in a gun was with it like it's 0% recoil, cheap bullets to name a few. Fired a total of 200 rounds with this baby and it didnt even falter.

thanks, Aztec. was a lot of fun trying out your P22! next fun time will be.... after six months of this dangerous, stupid, crime-magnet gun ban! watch out now fellow citizens, all the criminals know that we law-abiding citizens are now defenseless, and are easy prey for them. that fact will embolden them to commit crime left-and-right these coming days. take care.

An advanced Happy Valentines' day greetings. Heheh. I miss my very beloved 2nd gen Glock17 which I sold this week. We've been together for about 10 years !!!! The newer 3rd generation Glock 17 doesnt seem to have the same aura of stark simplicity but for now, I will have to live with the newer grip design. |
