I'm afraid I already know the answer to this, but... When I synchronise through the cradle, is there anyway to get around Outlook XP generating that popup to confirm access to the email addresses in Outlook? I've heard that one of the Palm user in the office gets the same confirmation popup, so I'm not hopeful, but it's damn annoying to have to confirm every time a sync occurs.... I guess I got spoiled by my last iPaq....

Yes you can get rid of that message - by running a small utility in your taskbar.

You need to look for something called 'CLICKYES' on the internet. I've been running it for 6 months + now and its great. I never get Outlook prompts anymore.

Hope this helps.

Or if you are using Exchange Server you could convince your system administrator to reconfigure it so the messages disapear

Try to do a search for "outlook adminpack" on Google and you will find more information

Just remember that it will still click YES if you get hit by a virus that uses outlook to send mail to your whole contact list!

I get this problem to and it's very annoying and weird, as the Sync software I had for my t68i didn't cause this message to pop up. It's a shame the p800 sync software doesn't intergrate better with outlook
