Cinematography Pro “powered by CineAlta” newly supports 2K 120fps 10 bit
HDR cinematic high frame rate shooting[ix] and Cinematic 21:9 4K GDR
recording at 24/25/30/60fps [x],enhancing cinematographic shooting
experiences. Touch AF, Metered Manual controls for setting exposure, Level
meter and improved white balance settings offer more manual control,
while the unique Intelligent wind filter technology from Sony reduces noise
and wind interference for clear audio recording.

What is GDR ?

edit:oh they just write wrong

Xperias have always been good in burst mode even XZ2 does really good job with motion blur. Problem is you will never hear about it when reading online reviews cause no one does shooting tests in motion for various reasons.

Looks like it's adding up to be a beast of a phone and it's nice to see the harder, more serious design language reappear.

Guy from factory in Thailand confirmed that Xperia 1 mk2 has UFS 3.0

Trying to get info about DAC from him. Not sure would he know about that.

Look at other phones with ToF.
It looks like a regular camera.

ToF of Sony looks like a mix of "ToF + Laser AF."
It assists the dual pixel.
It is like we say the circle does the blur while square helps focus.
Go to the page and in the session of camera, click on number 3 to see the image.

I think I heard 15W Qi during press or hands-on.
I dont remember.
