If and very likely GSMARENA have the XPERIA 1in for a review do you think Sony would then release the device almost 3-4 months later?
What they have in is the 4G variant and the 5G will be the one released before the end of Q2. as I mentioned not so long ago the 4G version will available in 3-4 weeks after announcement.

It is really absurd comparing chinese flagships with Flagships from Sony, Samsung or Apple or even HTC.. The thing is, chinese flagships are what they are, cheaper version of mainstream flagships.. They do cut corners.. The recently announced Mi9 for example.. It has the basic requirements of a flagship only...
Fortunately Sony does not cut corners anywhere They cut fcking corners with no OIS when all others have it, then with RAM, then battery, then storage memory, remember bullshit displays in Z and Z1?! ... the list is so damn long isnt it? Yet they price their phones so high...
Also Sony closed their big shop in the main shopping mall in my city (East Europe) and now Huawei opened its shop in that places, instead of Sony its now Huawei. Then in this mall Xiaomi is opening its first shop too, they are expanding slowly, and Sony is shrinking? Why so? Hmm... probably because Chinese phones give less... yea right... You get SD845! 6GB ram, dual camera which is awesome, ceramic body and small bazels for damn 300 euros. Its 2x (TWO TIMES) less expensive then XZ3, or even more, but is it 2x worse? For sure!
Back to the thread, I am afraid that we will also see dual camera flagship as well which will actually be the one which will start selling in March or April, and it will have 2k and dual cameras, and one with 3 cameras we are seeing is what Premium was, and will get realeased in June. |
