^yes, SD808, 3gb of RAM, 5mp front camera, 16 mp rear camera, 3000 Mah removable battery, 32gb storage and an SD card slot and a very cartoonish looking version of Lollipop almost like TouchWiz a few generations back.

SD808 is 801's equivalent, especially GPU. Combined with QHD display doesn't look like an improvement from G3.
The G4 will have OIS and dual LED flash, the G3 has OIS and dual LED flash and I can't see LG not having them on the G4.
There's no dual LED in the official picture.

Yes there is dual LED in the picture and GSMArena said it will have.

Good luck with the toy phones from Korea. Their software is total disaster imo. Cartoonish icons and colors. Their UI design is pretty bad. Wtf with those fonts and icon packs... Sony's camera could be better but apart from that the smoothness of the UI is top notch. My Ultra is still very fast and the software blends well with the slim design. Bezel are not huge if you consider the Stb ratio, I really don't understand people complaining about it since the numbers are there. There's remote play and spotify integrated music app is coming soon. Only downside I see is Sony is leaving the phablet users out in the dark. If my ultra had better speakers and a decent camera I would never consider any other phone. Most people nneed smartphone cameras for instagram or such so if Sony gives a camera with superior low light capability it is more than ok. Nobody cares about megapixels OIS and such. Iphone 6 has an 8 MP shooter with no OIS and it is still good. So with SD card support and better camera Sony can kick S6's a** pretty easily. Just be a little realistic people. God Damn. |

By the way battery life and waterproofness is unique to Sony. Stamina mode has been there for 2 years. Noise cancellation is another plus. With the Bond coming up they should market it as hell since the current Bond is a badass. Htc and Lg has no features near Sony's. Lg is lucky with nexus that's all. If anyone from Sony reading this, make the phablet 6 inches with a stylus and make it gunmetal color and release it before Note. |

Where? Dark place below regular LED is definitely not warm white LED. It looks like red LED or pulse sensor.

Sony phones are nice but cameras on them are crap in my opinion. Nice looking phones but waterproofing isn't as good as what it should be in my opinion and I think Sony haven't had good cameras since the Sony Ericsson days.

According to NowhereElse (Androidauthority), the z4 would have S-Master HX Digital Audio and if it will be a genuine one unlike the software gimmicks they're giving then I think the z4 is worth the upgrade and not just another m8 to m9 transformation.
Z3 vs Z4
1. S-Master HX Digital Audio
2. Front-facing camera
3. Flapless usb-port
4. 4gb ram & SD 810
5. Wireless charging*
Other Minor changes
1. Design (thinner and glossy frames)
2. Modified imx220
3. 32 gb internal memory (same with some version of z3)
They better push that s-master audio if they really want this z4 to sell otherwise, the z3 will just eat up its marketshare(It will even compete with z2, cannibalism at its finest)

something's horribly wrong with the posted z4 sample photos. I mean I have seen many Z3 and Z2 sample far superior than that.
What settings were exactly used? was steady shot enabled? etc. there's just too much smudging of the details (not all areas but patches of areas). Anyway it's always best to just wait for it to be released on the market, then judge.
Sony's good jpeg processing imo relies on hardware, I mean I just recently bought an RX100 M1 (cheap nowadays) and the output is very good.
Until Sony finds a way to put that bionz chip in the phone without compromises, I think they'll continue to struggle on the software jpeg processing. Software has always been their weakness imo while hardware had always been Sony's strength.

I'm still wonder which one should I buy between rx100 m2 and m3. I can't find a night portrait sample of m2 anywhere. |

We don't know, there's some rumours that Z5 ( or what ever it will be called ) will be completely new, but nothing confirmed.. specially that we've already heard about new design for Z4 ( or Z3x ) but then, it's not completely new
