thats not a bad score, also seems to be the right score for me, compare to Z2, it does looks more like a refresh, but its the Z lineup that is polished to perfection. Only draw back is back is the old SoC compare to its competitors and lower res screen, however battery life, screen quality, and benchmark seems to be good enough reasons why they did what they did. And people should be worry about it at all in real life usage. Camera quality has finally reached the quality we are expecting from Z1... with a few more software update or even Android L RAW it should give it another boost. All around seems to be the most balanced design in everything. |

something funny:
This is mainly due to the new plastic corners that were added to help protect the frame. Unfortunately, this choice only shows how ineffective the toughened glass really is, and completely breaks the sense of structural unity that has until now characterised the Xperia Z product line.

Display tests consistently show inaccurate color reproduction for both Z3 and Z3C, being too cold and "looks like how inaccurate AMOLEDs were before" though brightness and contrast were very good.

I guess that improves if you manually adjust the white balance towards 6500K.

Just played with a Z3 and Z3C at a Sony Xperia bus in Birmingham city centre. Will share photos later. Picture saving on the Z3 felt a bit slow unfortunately but I preferred the feel of the Compact.

You'll have to check the pictures first, Bonovox may not be the biggest Sony fan but he has tried pretty much everything on the market as a consumer so his input is very welcome. I think the Z3 Compact will win his heart, I tried it and it's absolutely fantastic. |

Willem!, please stop atacking Bonovox.
I remember his photos made using k810 and k850 (those were the days ) and he has every right to say what he thinks about any device. Besides, he only said what he thinks after 5 minutes of hands on. So please stop your crusade! |

when it was said that photos will be posted, i was expecting that the photos would be from the z3. |

I'm sure they wouldn't be happy if Bono uploaded pics taken by z3 in that bus

The Phonearena review mentioned the same thing, apparently the time for the Z3 to take a picture is 3,2 seconds. Sounds ridiculously slow.
But I don't know how they test this, the test might be bogus considering that the fastest smartphone is the HTC Desire 510 with 2 seconds.
