Im more then happy with my Lumia 930 & the battery life.
I guess some people just really want to go back to an Android device with a massive battery. |

No,that's not the case because the bottom line was the battery was poor for me. Nothing to do with Android. Nokia has made two phablets with a massive battery too

When you say the battery life was poor for you does that mean you no longer have the 930 Bono ?
I'm with PowerLee on this issue my battery life has been more than acceptable and I'm really pleased with the handset. Disappointed I had to have three attempts to get a good one but very pleased now.

I bought an HTC One M8 with the money I got for the 1520 I sold, and I'm regretting it already. I really do not like Android so the HTC is going and I'll either get another 1520, but that and the 930 are too similar, or maybe try IOS again. I always like to have two handsets on the go !

guys, i am pro-nokia more than anyone here but the fact is the battery life in the 930 sucks.
unless you guys post a screnshot of the battery showing more than 24 hrs of battery life, then to me you are just taking the piss.

As I've said many times I do not use social media at all, I find it an appalling waste of time, all of it.
I do have 4 emails syncing at all times along with calls, txts and 7-8 programs running in the background permanently, along with satnav usage that differs daily. It must be the social media side of things, you complained about the battery life on the G3 and again I thought it was quite good.
oh and I have battery saver turned off

I use social media because I have loads of family in Ireland, some overseas friends and friends around during the UK. I don't use Facebook app just Facebook Messenger and What's App. Most other stuff for me is the odd call text and using camera with a fair bit of browsing 😉 I never have bad battery with the Note 3 or G2 before or Lumia 1320 etc among others. But this phone was poor. Ah well ya win some ya lose some
