Vivaz and Aino have Vietnamese Phone Language? |

I'm looking at both the Unlocked Sony Ericsson Vivaz and the Aino for friends and family back in Vietnam. but I wonder if there is a Vietnamese Phone language already built-in the phone.
All Android Xperia phones I used all have the Vietnam language package, but I'm not sure about the Symbian OS-run SE phones.
I need to know since both phones looks great and very cheap.
T-mobile USA network.

Languages used to be region dependent. If you flash it to Asian FW it should be there.

Is the asian FW available for download? Can i flash it myself? Are there tools needed?
