Does the P800 work with the ericsson chatboard. If it does, it could be a solution to the T9 problem.

Cuz the chatboard is faster to type with... try it

The chatboard would allow 2 thumbs vs. 1 stylus which has to be aimed at microscopic virtual keys.

I'm pretty fine with Jot... with the P800 had predictive text though... AND chatboard support.

I'm not for one standard or another...I want the P800 to support all types of inputs, this way, I can use whichever I need at any given moment!

Another one: Deos the P800 work with the Seperatly CommuniCam ?

Err... I might understand someone wanting to get the chatboard to work with the P800 but why the Communicam??

Sorry guys i own a P800 an i got a chatboard from my ol r520m
I tried a few minutes ago and it does'nt work...

I figured it wouldn't work. The P800 doesn't seem to support most of the cool accessories of Ericsson. :s

Well, one thing for sure... the Chatboard could be made to work with a SW patch. It wouldn't need anything complex... just a basic I/O instruction set I guess.

I would imagine it being very difficult trying to write anything on the chatboard with both hands Since the P800 weighs so much it may easily break off and fall...

i hope SE wud come with a new hardware like the communicam but instead its made the other way around then make a new software 4 video conferencing.now all we need is network support...
