Ah yes just read that today on Android Central. KitKat you'll notice more difference than 4.3

Finally managed to pair my BH221 to HTC One. I had to press > on the headset. Totally forgot that.

I found out a shocking aspect about my One.
I've got it one month now and had no, I repeat NO restarts.

Well actually restarts on phones now in my experience are much less these days only sometimes on early versions. The One has been out a while now so I guess it's more stable
