Weird Caller ID behavior on T68i |

Hi. Been a silent vistor here for a while, love the site...
This is my first real problem with the phone. I ran out of battery power the other day and that night I was having trouble saving new numbers (my message memory was full). Now, when someone calls me their number shows up on the caller ID but their custom photo, name and personal ring will not work. I haven't tried saving a number since I cleared my message memory and I'm not sure what to do. Any suggestions? I couldn't find any info on this...

There are two places to check memory status
Messages>SMS>Memory status
Phone>Advanced>Memory status
If they are full. You may need to erase some items.
