Notice theres no SE or Sony phones in the best ? mind you theres none in the worst either so at least that's one thing.

I disagree about the Wildfire being one of the worst. I thought it was a cute little phone, the screen was just really poor.

In my opinion the 2011 Xperias are the best Android phones so far. They had and still have the best and most distinctive and remarkable design for an Android phone, no other phone can match the slickness and sexiness of their perfectly balanced glossy lines, curved shapes and the way the fit comfortably into your hand ( unlike today's glass or rubber bricks ). The have the the best and most polished UI up to date, long-lasting battery, and were as bug- and lag-free as possible ( yeah, quite untypical for Sony, knowing their current achievements in the software department ). To bad Sony decided to crush them down with their horrible update policy ( which hasn't changed much up to date ), giving them the most disastrous buggy and unusable ICS update ever made and totally forgot about them shortly afterwards. Anyway, they used to be great phones.
The best mobile phone brand died with Sony Ericsson's death. Shame on you Sony for killing it! And, of course, for ruining the Xperia brand...

Yeah the Arc and Ray were good. I have re brought an Xperia P as I think its a great performer and has a great camera and ICS is very stable on it and smooth. Just waiting for Jelly Bean update which is out now. Shamefully I did have the HTC Cha Cha

Worst for me:

Xperia X10i, I liked it due to its beautiful design and at the time, great looking UI, but the updates were so poor and SE took too many shortcuts with e.g. a display with very limited multitouch, a Camera flash that wasn't a true flash but rather a light that you had to turn on in Settings before trying to take a pic, and around 380mb RAM while others had +512mb RAM. Timescape was another disaster, slow and clunky and lastly, the poorly built USB port that failed for many of us just a year later.

Best IMO:

Galaxy S2, it started life out on 2.3.4 and to this day continues to be well supported. It was also a big step in specs, functionality and design (being so lite and thin) all in one. Its UI was ridiculously fast, smooth and fluid and showed that Android can be just as fluid as iOS. Still have mine just waiting for Android4.2.2.

And not forgetting the poor earpiece volume on the X10. Was so low you could barely hear it even in a quiet room Am unsure what my best and worse are to be honest,I cannot remeber I have had so many and never keep them long enough. This was my first EVER Android phone though and it was actually pretty nippy for 600mhz and 256 RAM on Donut with a fairly decent camera

But had a resistive screen which felt spongy. I took it to a Keane concert and the camera did pretty well too. I remember thinking, wow my first Android phone and there was so much to do with it!!
