4 softkeys... because its designed like every other docomo/sprint/cdma2000 phone in the us/japan.... thats f**ked... all phones look like this basically... with those ugly flat buttons... a 4 way directional button thingy and clamshell design...

I know... seems that all the telcos now don't have any good designers whatsoever!

What happened to the very first SonyEricsson concept phone?!?!?!?! That looksed really good!!!

What about the older Ericsson concept phone designs?!??!! Those looked good as well. I'd rather have an old design that looks good, than a new, never-seen-before design that looks like crap.

On the Ericsson site:

http://www.ericsson.com/infocenter/news/products/030217_newsonyericsson.shtml

If it has a flash adapter (like some Toshiba phones in Japan), a colour second display instead of a b/w one and it's tri-band/quad-band GSM for the U.S. as well as W-CDMA (for Japan) then it would be almost a complete phone.

It's basically what J-Phone wants, although if available later this year then just the U.S. GSM compatibility would crown it off.

Finally... the gap between the Nokia one and the SE... is about 3 months. Did the technollogy advanced so much during these 3 months or what? I am telling you this because this phones however do have a great technological gap...

Actually the gap is about 5 months and the shipments of 6650 have already begun, http://press.nokia.com/PR/200210/876871_5.html. And according to http://www.zdnet.co.jp/mobile/0212/03/n_j3gnt.html sales of 6650 have already begun in Japan.

Well, that doesn't say that J-Phone hasn't launched it.

Quote from ZDNet Japan:
The J- phone " NOKIA 6650 " and others throws 3-ends as the terminal for 3g service which is offered from December 20th
