When i played with the GS4 though i tested the screen by pressing hard on it and unlike older gorilla glass it didn't distort the screen underneath. Gorilla glass 3 seems very strong

Well, the screen is going to need to be a very hard plastic or glass. Thankfully we do not have stainless steel screens !

Anyway, seen the GS4 Mini today online which years ago was tiny 3 inches is now a Mini phone today at 4.3 inches. Not the old Sony Ericsson Mini sizes

Hey where've you seen it? I'm really interested in that phone, 4-4.3 seems to be the perfect size for me.

Oh, that one. I've seen that, as well as the other leaked pics before. Thought there were some clearer ones. I hope it gets the Nexus treatment, too.

I would have said 'Pipe Dreams' if this was 24hours ago now you never know what Google and Samsung have up their sleeve.

The GS4's screen is specially made to work with gloves, there's an option in Display settings to make the screen even more sensitive for glove use. I agree though, the GS3 generally worked fine with gloves, it's screen was very sensitive, but it wasn't always very intuitive as the GS4 is when using gloves, this comes part of the benefits of Samsung implementing Air View as it requires a more sensitive display.

Miss_UK

It works a little too well I set my S4's screen to be very sensitive and what happened was that when I get a call as I pull the phone out my pocket it's screen senses my skin on my thigh through my pocket and it sometimes pulls out the Reject Call menu so I turned it off, will turn it on when it gets REALLY cold here next month, when I go back to wearing jeans instead of skinny pants.

Nokia started the gloves thing on phones on their Lumia's. It's far too awkward using with gloves anyway trying to type

Nope, there was Xperia sola, though I am not sure if there are older phones that did. Should be handy during the cold season.
