Someone raised a question about the heat generated on XZ. How good/bad is it?

If I play a 3D game on Arc S, in 15mins there's a lot of heat generated. Is it same with XZ?

Wow, that is like the worst scene they could choose to present HDR, congratulations...

The screen seems to be washed out at 100% brightness
Possibly because of the UI setting??

I feel this is screen looks like same as Xperia J,RaMu is it hardware issue or software issue.Sony needs to settle this issue.
i feel increasing the brightness causes the washed out effect, which is pretty bad

It has nothing to do with brightness!

Its not brighter than my Arc or Ion! It's almost same level. But the problem is, black is not black!

I can now see an alarm about the display being washed out.

Can Sony fix this via firmware update?

EDIT: Sorry to keep on asking again & again but are there any heat problems?

is there any news about the US release? on the sony site, it's say coming soon, but I wonder if it's coming only on AT&T or more carriers or even an unlocked version. is there any news on any difference from the other version release? hardware or band-wise. Is there actually two version, LTE and HSPA+ version? can they not have those two in one phone or am I mistaken/misunderstood? I ask because I'm on T-mobile USA network which uses HSPA+ 4G and not LTE 4G, but T-mobile is planning on switching/upgrading to LTE 4G either this or next year. Xperia Z seems to be a keeper and I wouldn't want to be stuck between or having to switch over. even if I have to buy an unlocked international version.

any news at all?

Here is what I got. Xperia Z will be on T-Mobile in the US. AT&T is getting the H2 flagship. There will be a US variant of the phone C6606 that supports T-Mobile LTE and AT&T LTE. It will be available in about 3 months because the deal with the carrier was done very late.

Thanks King for the reply

Did you speak to Sony about the Black not being black? It clearly shows how bad it's washed out. Any idea if firmware update can fix this up?

How can I speak to SONY? Even if I try, how would they help me? They would say it is normal...
I'll send my Z back soon and buy it again from other shop...
It's a shame what SONY did. A more than $800 luxury device with this poor screen!!!
