^Searched Spectre15 in XDA, he said it would have "dragon glass with front and back shatter proof film". I'd like to see Sony exhibit how tough Yuga and Odin would be. You know, like drown it in the water, rape it with earth and sand, then hammer the sh!t out of it. Sorry for cussing. |

I think Yuga won't get a dragontrail glass because this is more use for rugged phone and Yuga is not a rugged phone. |

^^ Dragontrail is the completitior of Gorilla Glass. Almost every smartphone on the market uses gorilla glass.
Sony will used dragontrail because it is made by a Japanese company and the screen will also be produced in Japan.
It might even be a better product than gorilla glass. |

@worf1000
You can think? Wow, news to me. Dragontrail is, in some ways, better than gorilla glass and they are for the same purpose, not exclusive to extremely rugged phones. |

@randomuser;
any info on dimensions and chip set (fingers crossed for NovaThor) for that 4Q '13 phone? Since JDI showcased 1080p smaller than 5" (with stunning 500 ppi), could there be a chance for Q4 phone to have a screen smaller than 5"?

Sony using dragontrail glass on Yuga is honestly what I've been hoping, but figured wouldn't be the case as Sony never seemed to want to use it on any other phones other than Active and... well, does the Go use it?
I'm hoping the fact that it uses dragontrail glass means Yuga is somewhat in the region of the Active and Go in terms of ruggedness.

Yuga specs so far:
- 1080p 5inch Screen with White Magic &
Sensor on Touch and Mobile Bravia
Engine 2 + Digital Touch
- 2GB RAM 1.5GHZ APQ8064 Quad core
- Water/Dust Resistant IP55/57
- 13 Megapixel Exmor RS Camera,
Cybershot Superior Auto Mode, HDR
video
- 2400mAh Battery
- Dragontail Glass front and shatter proof back
- Clear Audio+
- 4G LTE
- 32 GB ROM + Micro SD expansion
If the Yuga is indeed dust and water resistant, then I guess dragontail glass will be an added bonus.
Any news on a refurbished UI? New timescape, Walkman player with enhanced features?

Quad core,1080p screen and a paltry 2,400mAh battery?? Think with all that power the battery should be larger

Much better than HTC J's 1900mAh |

But not as good as the US version HTC DROID DNA with a 2500mAh battery. |

From what I've heard, the quad core processor should be pretty energy efficient, and the white magic display will help a lot with battery life as well. As the screen is the largest draw of power, it should be pretty good |

+/- 100mAh doesn't make much difference. Xperia S has 1750mAh battery and Xperia Ion has 1900mAh battery but it's the S that has better battery life ( HSPA+ versions not LTE) Same with Acro S.
Also with HTC's poor customization I am more than confident Odin will have better battery life than Droid DNA |
