I've read rumours about it having one, two and three GB of RAM. I only NEED 1GB, but more is always better.

The question was what the latest, or rather the most reliable, rumours state.

Snapdragon 800 comes with 2GB DDR3 RAM at 800mhz default i doubt sony will change that combination

More than 2GB of RAM isn't necessary. Its just adding more stuff to use energy and heat up.

can any of u pros take some time off to explain to me what a SCHOTT glass is...i havnt been around for around 2 weeks n had to buzz through 40 or so pgs to get here( in two hrs!!!how fast s tat??) n i might have missed it...n as usual i m so confused SONY with your many phones n naming n specs..(hoping Ramu updates tat 1st pg frequently).tat XR doubt was cleared on the 1st pg, so what the hell is a SCHOTT glass????

SCHOTT is a company that produces glass products for various uses including touch screen panel glass protections, like Corning's Gorilla Glass.

How sure are we that Sony will be the only major OEM to use the s800 this year? Will we ever see tegra 4 on phone with a decent clock and being battery friendly?
