I doubt there will be much change at all with regard to the PC Companion, just a rebrand of the software, changing a few logos here and there etc. As for an discussion there are far more interesting things to discuss then how some software will be changed!
As for the new website it does look cleaner although actually a lot of the content it still the same as the original website. On some pages the only difference is the black header

I guess now they should sell their full range of phones in Sony stores?? I know they once sold a few Sony Ericsson models in stores.
