Again. 2) They place too much emphasis on things that don't really sell- DESIGN and forgot to compete technologically. 3) Bad luck. Now Sony is trying to emulate Apple because they think non-expandable 32gb internal memory sells. Yes their new handsets have better specs but I still don't see them catching up. Lets just hope there is no more handset cracking issues. I still think their reputation is damaged from its past.
