four new Xperia smartphone at CES 2012
Sony Ericsson is showing the 2012 International CES attendees a fully connected world of entertainment with the first Sony Xperia smartphones *, including the Xperia S, the first smartphone Xperia NXT series - the new generation smartphones from Sony, and new smartphones made specifically for U.S. and Japanese markets, all with access to the first level of entertainment and easy connectivity to other screens in the world of Sony.
The new Xperia smartphones announced are:
Xperia ion, the first smartphone Sony Xperia LTE available exclusively with AT & T in the U.S.. UU.
Xperia S, the first smartphone Xperia NXT series - the new generation smartphones from Sony, with Sony HD display precious experiences.
Two new smartphones for the Japanese market:
Xperia Acro HD, the next Xperia smartphone after acro, with features specifically enjoy much popularity in Japan, including data exchange infrared port, mobile wallet and mobile TV.
NX Xperia, Xperia S a variant for the Japanese market.

I very much doubt we will see any Sony branded devices at CES this year. It's probably still the Sony Ericsson brand that will be printed on these smartphones. The process of transferring everything from Sony Ericsson to Sony takes time. For example, the European commission will have to approve Ericsson being bought out by Sony. This has not happen yet, and the deadline for this is on February 2nd. More at the commission (PDF) web site.

From the leaked thing and based on unknown13x said, the process is still happening, but the phones will have the Sony Logo, not the one. The Boot Animation will change and etc.
