I've always noticed one thing. Sony Ericsson phones look so much better in real compared to pictures. Somehow they look excellent.
I hope Sony Tablet comes up with some strong specs so I can replace my iPad. I hate it! I just hate the closed OS concept. Everytime you need to go on iTunes and can't even transfer files seamlessly. It's irritating!

That docking stand and speaker stand are so cool! It makes the tablet appear as a small touchscreen TV!

Maybe I missed something, but has there been any word on an international version of the SX?
Much sexier phone imo and better size for me (good things come in smaller packages... or so I convince myself ) |

The last I heard, SX is for Japan only. There will be no International version. |

The new tablet looks amazing! Much thinner with aluminium body, stronger battery, and same weight. Will feel good in hands... The only thing what I'm worried about is the screen. Hope, they use not the same panel... If yes, they needed to put a FullHD screen at least... |

I think the tablet display will be brighter, as there will be more LEDs installed on these displays. if they could at least get the contrast ratio that the Bravia TVs have, then from there Sony can proudly advertise the Xperia Tablets as having true Bravia TV quality. I think Sony can put 120Hz refresh rates on these LCDs, that'll be awesome!

A very, very nice looking tablet! This and the quad-core, water/shock/dust resistant Xperia phone will be a lovely combo for me.
I like it a lot!

If I was looking at Android tablets that would be top of my list.
But unfortunately I still feel that they are a bit useless and am awaiting the Sony Windows 8 tablet plans.
Some cool features though, despite there being a 64GB version it looks like the SD card slot is remaining, and the IR port with the macro function I had seen wanted from plenty of people. Looks like Walkman technology is being implemented as well. Would be an amazing portable entertainment device but I'm looking for a replacement for a laptop as well as ease of use and an Android tablet just wouldn't fit the bill.
randomuser, was this the only tablet expected or were there others? (Only tablet I was interested in was the Tablet P but that is a truly niche device) |
