I think you guys are complaining too much about the design and specs. There isn't THE perfect phone. There is a phone that fits excatly on your tastes and needs. I think, if Nozomi don't pass US$ 600, I am going to buy it. The no SD space, bother me a littloe, but I can live with that. I preffer a phone with 32 Gb of storage in the place of my corrupted 4 GB SD Card. The SIM Card, it isn't that hard to go to your carrier and ask for a physical change. The battery, if it's 1500 Mha (it's right?), I think, with some updates after launch, with 3.0 kernel, I'm sure SE will fix a possible battery drain possible because of the processor + huge screen, and after that, I'm sure we will see lots of dev porting CM9 to it, and, with 99% sure, the future CM10, based on Jelly Bean.
Sorry for the long text and some lost of contexts.

Only 2 devices at CES. All of the phones in 1st half will have SE logo on the device, but they will be communicated as Sony devices. They will no longer call Sony Ericsson Xperia blah blah blah. They will be Sony Xperia blah blah blah.
That Pepper leak, is suppose to be the new Walkman man, they can't keep things under wrap can they?
However, please keep in mind that the Walkman decision was when SE developed this. Sony's decision to let go of featured phones may change the fate of this device to just be a regular Xperia device...
The "Sony" branded devices should be in by 2H 2012.

You forgot this: Sorry, nothing on the keyboard devices.
You were fast than me... Anyway, as i said in the topic, it should come with logo on them, it's far more beautiful than Sony one.

According to SEMC Blog:
http://semcblog.com/2012/01/0[....]expect-ces-from-sony-ericsson/
Sony and Sony Ericsson will announce Xperia S and Xperia Ion devices. The Xperia S is the Nozomi that we have seen thus far. Xperia Ion has a 4.6 inch display. Also Accesories will be announced.
Feels like the good old days

Ok, going to get Nozomi. Or if the others announced at Barcelona (what was the name of the event?) launch by April (later, I won't have time to buy it) launch at the same time as Nozomi.

Aoba will in fact have a 5-inch display and will be available for NTT DoCoMo (Japan) and AT&T (US) only.
The 4.55-inch Xperia ION is instead expected to be the LT29i Hayabusa. It is meant to look very similar to the Xperia arc but will have specifications similar to that of the Xperia S (Nozomi).

I quite like Pepper's design. It's more palatable than Nozomi's. You can see the throw-back to the old classic Txxx designs which is a good thing.
And again at the risk of repeating myself, it makes sense now that the LT28at was leaked as a model number but LT28i wasn't. I mentioned it at the time that it probably meant an AT&T only model and not for general release but it was seemingly ignored..
Just a little longer now for the full announcements. Who's excited?

My x10i is on its last legs, 26 months is long enough, I need an SE phone with the 1700 band like the x10i. The only reason I'm not sporting the Arc is because they left out the band that the X10i had, fingers crossed that Nozomi has it on Monday! |

The whole Aoba thing is interesting, considering NTT DoCoMo now unlock their phones, so it could be an interesting import proposition depending on specs etc.
I wonder if it will be announced on Monday or if it will show up in a few months for the new NTT DoCoMo collections etc. |

Just a thought, with LT28 being an AT&T and Japan only device I think they're much more likely to announce it at CES than at MWC with CES being in Vegas ad MWC being in Barcelona, where the phone has little relevance.
