So Xperia acro S is the international version of ION, but with smaller screen, dust+water proof and no LTE/4G
interesting mix and very nice device, but still waiting for Mint

So they reused the acro name  and it's nice to see it waterproof!  makes up for its so called "outdated hardware" as people would keep saying. at least it would survive an earthquake and tsunami! 
If Sony starts a name guessing game for the upcoming Mint, I'd suggest Xperia XX

Umm...it's the international Acro HD..it's a clone in every way I can think of aside from Android 4.0
I assume it's running Qualcomm S3? I'd love to have a phone with water resistance etc but having an S already makes it a little hard to consider an upgrade. |

Xperia Go's screen has 480 x 320 pixels.
Why on earth Sony don't bring something like Ray.
Love the form factor and capability of the phone but it hasn't got a successor

so we have waterproof sola and ion. Imo, sony should cancel the water prone ion for the states, that way it will be more successful..
Btw, does the go have front facing camera? Also its hard believing it has 480*320 resolutiom, when they keep stating crystal clear :S

it's not difficult to assume acro S's using S3, I agree with offliner, it would be better with FWVGA instead
No front-facing camera (who needs to make video calls underwater anyway??? )
Side mirror when scuba diving? (to avoid sharks from sneaking behind  )

2012 Xperia designs are notorious for uncanny resemblance with devices from other manufacturers, this time the newest offender was Acro S looking similar to N9/Lumia. Imagine the fan rage all over the web if Sony painted that blue
